CPVC Chlorinated Poly(vinyl chloride) mixture refers to the mixture of CPVC resin added with necessary stabilizers, lubricants, impact modifiers and other additives, which can be directly processed on twin-screw extruder or single screw injection molding machine.
CPVC Chlorinated Poly(vinyl chloride) mixture can be mainly divided into two forms: powder mixture and granular material. Powder mixture is the mixture formed by CPVC after adding stabilizer, impact modifier, filler, processing aids, lubricant and other additives, which is mainly used in twin-screw extrusion pipes, profiles, plates and so on. Granular material is the product of powder material after granulation, which is mainly used in injection molding products and single screw extrusion profiles.

S5098 mixture (powder)
It has high temperature resistance, good impact performance and bending resistance, corrosion resistance, and medium fluidity. It is suitable for extrusion of industrial plates, and the color can be adjusted according to needs.
S4896 mixture (powder)
It has high temperature resistance, stronger low-temperature impact performance than S5098, high/low temperature resistance, and high fluidity. It is suitable for extrusion of industrial plates, and the color can be adjusted according to needs.
TS4490 mixture (powder)
Vicat softening temperature is lower, higher fluidity, and good impact performance. It is suitable for making various sheets and the color can be adjusted according to needs.
