CPVC Chlorinated Poly(vinyl chloride) mixture refers to the mixture of CPVC resin added with necessary stabilizers, lubricants, impact modifiers and other additives, which can be directly processed on twin-screw extruder or single screw injection molding machine.
CPVC Chlorinated Poly(vinyl chloride) mixture can be mainly divided into two forms: powder mixture and granular material. Powder mixture is the mixture formed by CPVC after adding stabilizer, impact modifier, filler, processing aids, lubricant and other additives, which is mainly used in twin-screw extrusion pipes, profiles, plates and so on. Granular material is the product of powder material after granulation, which is mainly used in injection molding products and single screw extrusion profiles.

P5315 mixture (powder)
CPVC resin with high chlorine content and special CPVC formula system are specially selected to provide Vicat softening temperature up to 115 ℃, so that the product has good heat resistance and maintains excellent other properties.
WP5010 mixture (powder)
With high temperature resistance, good impact performance and pressure resistance, it is suitable for the extrusion of civil CPVC cold and hot water pipes, usually beige.
IP5210 mixture (powder)
With high temperature resistance, good impact performance, pressure resistance, no calcium content and high corrosion resistance, it is suitable for the extrusion of industrial CPVC pipes, which is usually gray.
FP5108 mixture (powder)
It has high temperature resistance, good low-temperature impact performance, high and low temperature resistance, and good pressure resistance. It is suitable for the extrusion of CPVC pipes for fire pipes, which are usually orange yellow.
F5103 mixture (granular)

It has high temperature resistance, stronger low-temperature impact performance than s5098, high and low temperature resistance, and high fluidity. It is suitable for the extrusion of industrial plates, and the color can be mixed according to needs.
TS4490 mixture (powder)
Vicat is low, with higher fluidity and good impact performance. It is suitable for making all kinds of sheets, and the color can be mixed according to needs.
EP4195 mixture (powder)
It has medium temperature resistance, Vicat ≥ 93 ℃, and has processing performance similar to PVC. The product has good impact performance, electrical insulation, and qualified flattening performance. The extruded pipe meets the requirements of power pipe standards and has high cost performance. Note: lead salt is stable and has high economy.
EP4094 mixture (powder)
It has medium temperature resistance, Vicat ≥ 93 ℃, and has processing properties similar to PVC. The product has good impact performance, flattening performance and electrical insulation. The extruded pipe can meet the requirements of power pipe standards. Calcium zinc stabilizer is used, which is more environmentally friendly.
